Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders made at Equiland®.
Please read them carefully before ordering anything.

1. General
By ordering at Equiland®, through the site, mail, the phone or at a exchange, you agree with the Terms and Conditions. The conditions can change without an announcement. The contents of the website as well as the contents of all other expressions made by Equiland® are put together with the greatest care. Nevertheless Equiland® cannot give guaranties as to the nature, accuracy or content of this information. Equiland® is not responsible for potential occurring mistakes or errors or for the consequences due to the use of this information.

2. Promotions
Promotions apply only as long as the supply lasts.
3. Ordering
You conclude a sales agreement as soon as you clicked order in the last frame of the ordering process. Equiland® maintains the right to refuse an order, a part of an order on specific clients.
4. Price
The prices that are listed at Equiland® are VAT included, but exclusive shipping costs, packaging costs, … . Equiland® is not responsible for typing errors, misprints or other mistakes through which unintentionally a wrong price was listed. Prices can be changed without specifying the reasons. This often happens because the supplier changes his prices. If this occurs, the price will be adjusted, but the buyer has the right to cancel his purchase after learning about the new price.
5. Delivery
Delivery
We deliver all the orders, in collaboration with a courier company, in the Benelux and Germany. The shipment will take place within 7 days after receiving your payment, although we try to send your order within 24 hours after receiving your payment. You will receive a mail as soon as your order has been send off.
Pick up
You can come to collect your order at our warehouse on Nijverheidstraat 48D, 2260 Oevel and this during the normal working hours or at a different location in Belgium, choosen by Equiland®, after receiving your order.
6. Liability
If you haven’t received your order or received an incomplete delivery, you can report this to us by letter within 7 days after receiving the delivery or delivery date. Equiland® will potentially, in consultation with you, complete the delivery or do it again at our own expense.
Complains concerning damaged and/or wrong delivery will only be handled after you reported this to us by letter within 7 days after acceptance.
Equiland® is not responsible for potential damage to the sending caused by others. The customer must recover the costs from the courier company itself.
Equiland® cannot in any way be held responsible for changes in the health condition of the horse due to potential misuse of the products.
7. Return
The buyer has the right, during 7 working days counting from the day after the delivery, to let the seller know he wants to cancel his purchase. The article must be send back unused, unopened in the original packaging and intact. The costs of the sending are at your own account. We advice to do this registered since also the damage caused during transport and loss of the product are at your own expense.
Articles in promotion cannot be returned.
8. Payment
You can choose from a few options to pay:
·          Payment at home delivery: Before the goods will be delivered, one of our staffmembers will contact you and set the date of delivery.
·          Payment in advance by using the online payment modules.
Payment at collection
If you wish to collect the ordered goods, you have the possibility to pay in cash. However, if you wish to pay through transfer, this has to be done in advance.
9. Stock
We try to keep our stock as up to date as possible.
10. Privacy
The data you fill in on this website will be stored safely. Only Equiland® has entrance to this and will give the data to others without your permission. The access to this data is necessary for you order.
11. Copyright
Nothing of this website can be multiplied or copied without permission of Equiland®. If we take notice that this had happened, we will take the necessary steps.
